# beeltaxi vs Volaris

The clearest difference is rating: Volaris at 4.8 against beeltaxi's 3.0. Volaris also leads on ratings volume (17K vs 2) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 2 months). beeltaxi's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, review sentiment, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Volaris holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Volaris has 17K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 15% of beeltaxi's written reviews are positive against 14% of Volaris's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

beeltaxi ships an update every 2 months, Volaris every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and November 7, 2026 respectively.
