The clearest difference is ratings volume: Scentsy Connect at 1.3K against Worldview Mobile Complete's 6. Scentsy Connect also leads on update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Worldview Mobile Complete against 4.9 for Scentsy Connect. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Scentsy Connect has 1.3K ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two.
