# Flamingo Scooters vs NZTD

The clearest difference is review sentiment: NZTD at 84% against Flamingo Scooters's 58%. NZTD also leads on ratings volume (600 vs 91). Flamingo Scooters's advantage is rating (4.9 vs 4.6) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.6). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Flamingo Scooters holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: NZTD has 600 ratings behind it against 91, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 58% of Flamingo Scooters's written reviews are positive against 84% of NZTD's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Flamingo Scooters ships an update every 4 weeks, NZTD monthly. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
