# DAMAC Living vs VIVA Plus+

The clearest difference is rating: DAMAC Living at 4.5 against VIVA Plus+'s 2.8. DAMAC Living also leads on ratings volume (1.9K vs 10). VIVA Plus+'s advantage is review sentiment (58% vs 23%). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

DAMAC Living holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 2.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: DAMAC Living has 1.9K ratings behind it against 10, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 23% of DAMAC Living's written reviews are positive against 58% of VIVA Plus+'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
