# Tis automation smart control+ vs SkyThings

The clearest difference is review sentiment: SkyThings at 40% against Tis automation smart control+'s 17%. Tis automation smart control+'s advantage is rating (4.3 vs 4.0) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Tis automation smart control+ holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Tis automation smart control+ has 21 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 17% of Tis automation smart control+'s written reviews are positive against 40% of SkyThings's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Tis automation smart control+ ships an update every 3 weeks, SkyThings every 2 months. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
