# Wifi vs DM Camera

Wifi and DM Camera both sit at 2.3 stars, but that hides the real split: 31% of Wifi's written reviews are positive against 21% of DM Camera's. DM Camera's advantage is iOS requirement (9.0 vs 12.0). On price, rating, ratings volume and update cadence there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

DM Camera holds the better App Store score, 2.5 against 2.3. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 69 and 56 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 31% of Wifi's written reviews are positive against 21% of DM Camera's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Wifi ships an update every 2 months, DM Camera every 4 months. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
