# aG Locker vs The Lido

The clearest difference is monetization model: The Lido at free against aG Locker's free with in-app purchases. aG Locker's advantage is ratings volume (2.7K vs 1) and update cadence (every 6 weeks vs every 3 months). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

The Lido holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: aG Locker has 2.7K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

aG Locker ships an update every 6 weeks, The Lido every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and November 4, 2026 respectively.
