# MCWGiigooApp vs instaProtek

The clearest difference is monetization model: MCWGiigooApp at free against instaProtek's free with in-app purchases. instaProtek's advantage is ratings volume (33K vs 3) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 3 months). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

MCWGiigooApp holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: instaProtek has 33K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 100% of MCWGiigooApp's written reviews are positive against 92% of instaProtek's.

MCWGiigooApp ships an update every 3 months, instaProtek every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 3, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
