# AuraHDR Camera vs Amber

The clearest difference is update cadence: Amber at every 3 days against AuraHDR Camera's every 2 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. AuraHDR Camera sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Amber sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

AuraHDR Camera ships an update every 2 months, Amber every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 29, 2026 respectively.
