# Commune vs The Reconnected

The clearest difference is monetization model: The Reconnected at free with in-app purchases against Commune's subscription. The Reconnected also leads on update cadence (weekly vs every 2 months) and review sentiment (95% vs 71%). Commune's advantage is device support (4 vs 2) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Commune sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per month and The Reconnected sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $79.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
