# WOG PRIDE vs eventmate

The clearest difference is review sentiment: eventmate at 89% against WOG PRIDE's 24%. eventmate also leads on ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases). WOG PRIDE's advantage is rating (4.8 vs 3.0) and ratings volume (1.9K vs 2). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

WOG PRIDE holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: WOG PRIDE has 1.9K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 24% of WOG PRIDE's written reviews are positive against 89% of eventmate's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

WOG PRIDE ships an update weekly, eventmate fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
