The clearest difference is rating: OhmPlug at 4.4 against SJVLS Library Catalog's 3.5. OhmPlug also leads on ratings volume (943 vs 38) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.6). SJVLS Library Catalog's advantage is review sentiment (36% vs 21%). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

OhmPlug holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 3.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: OhmPlug has 943 ratings behind it against 38, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 36% of SJVLS Library Catalog's written reviews are positive against 21% of OhmPlug's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
