# SHO vs E

The clearest difference is rating: E at 5.0 against SHO's 4.2. SHO's advantage is ratings volume (12 vs 2). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

E holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: SHO has 12 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

SHO ships an update every 2 months, E every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on September 27, 2026 and September 29, 2026 respectively.
