# Infocar vs AI

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: AI at none against Infocar's 12. Infocar's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months) and device support. On price there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Infocar sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 3 months. AI asks for nothing beyond the download.

Infocar ships an update every 3 weeks, AI every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
