# Snake Form vs Shift Drift

The clearest difference is update cadence: Shift Drift at every 8 days against Snake Form's every 38 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Snake Form sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Shift Drift sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Snake Form ships an update every 38 months, Shift Drift every 8 days. The most recent releases landed on September 30, 2026 and October 6, 2026 respectively.
