# Gratitude Plus vs Waveflow

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Waveflow at none against Gratitude Plus's 10. Waveflow also leads on ads (none vs shown). Gratitude Plus's advantage is update cadence (every 10 days vs every 4 months) and ratings volume (21K vs 24). On price, rating, review sentiment and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Gratitude Plus sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month. Waveflow asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Gratitude Plus against 5.0 for Waveflow. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Gratitude Plus has 21K ratings behind it against 24, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 93% of Gratitude Plus's written reviews are positive against 100% of Waveflow's.

Gratitude Plus ships an update every 10 days, Waveflow every 4 months. The most recent releases landed on November 8, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
