# Keywars vs Guess The Drawing!

The clearest difference is ads: Keywars at none against Guess The Drawing!'s shown. Keywars also leads on review sentiment (67% vs 46%). Guess The Drawing!'s advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 17 months) and rating (4.7 vs 4.3). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Keywars sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Guess The Drawing! sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Guess The Drawing! holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Guess The Drawing! has 49K ratings behind it against 42, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 67% of Keywars's written reviews are positive against 46% of Guess The Drawing!'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Keywars ships an update every 17 months, Guess The Drawing! every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and November 8, 2026 respectively.
