# Lenus eHealth vs Wolf Pack Fit

Lenus eHealth and Wolf Pack Fit both sit at 4.6 stars, but that hides the real split: 75% of Wolf Pack Fit's written reviews are positive against 26% of Lenus eHealth's. Lenus eHealth's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and ratings volume (788 vs 5). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Wolf Pack Fit sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $29.99 per month. Lenus eHealth asks for nothing beyond the download.

Lenus eHealth holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Lenus eHealth has 788 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 26% of Lenus eHealth's written reviews are positive against 75% of Wolf Pack Fit's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
