# havanote vs AUX

The clearest difference is update cadence: AUX at every 11 days against havanote's every 6 weeks. havanote's advantage is ratings volume (48 vs 2) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 18.0). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for havanote against 5.0 for AUX. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: havanote has 48 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.

havanote ships an update every 6 weeks, AUX every 11 days. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
