# Party Initiative Tracker vs SessionKeeper

Party Initiative Tracker and SessionKeeper both sit at 5.0 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of SessionKeeper's written reviews are positive against 50% of Party Initiative Tracker's. SessionKeeper also leads on update cadence (every 9 days vs every 4 months) and ratings volume (92 vs 1). Party Initiative Tracker's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 12). On price, rating, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SessionKeeper sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Party Initiative Tracker asks for nothing beyond the download.

Party Initiative Tracker holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: SessionKeeper has 92 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of Party Initiative Tracker's written reviews are positive against 100% of SessionKeeper's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Party Initiative Tracker ships an update every 4 months, SessionKeeper every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
