# GolfPass vs Bailey Creek

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Bailey Creek at none against GolfPass's 5. Bailey Creek also leads on ads (none vs shown) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.4). GolfPass's advantage is ratings volume (5.5K vs 41) and update cadence (every 4 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, rating and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. GolfPass sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Bailey Creek asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for GolfPass against 4.9 for Bailey Creek. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: GolfPass has 5.5K ratings behind it against 41, so its average is the more settled of the two.

GolfPass ships an update every 4 weeks, Bailey Creek every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
