# Pentair Pool vs Lexus

Pentair Pool and Lexus both sit at 4.7 stars, but that hides the real split: 46% of Lexus's written reviews are positive against 30% of Pentair Pool's. Lexus also leads on ratings volume (331K vs 24K) and chart position (#170 vs unranked). Pentair Pool's advantage is device support (4 vs 2) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Lexus holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Lexus has 331K ratings behind it against 24K, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 30% of Pentair Pool's written reviews are positive against 46% of Lexus's.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly monthly. Both last shipped on October 21, 2026.
