# Pentair Pool vs Inopool

The clearest difference is rating: Pentair Pool at 4.7 against Inopool's 3.7. Pentair Pool also leads on ratings volume (24K vs 3) and device support (4 vs 2). Inopool's advantage is review sentiment (50% vs 30%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Pentair Pool holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Pentair Pool has 24K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 30% of Pentair Pool's written reviews are positive against 50% of Inopool's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
