# The GPS App vs GPS Coordinates & Map Tools

The clearest difference is rating: The GPS App at 4.5 against GPS Coordinates & Map Tools's 2.7. The GPS App also leads on ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (19 vs 6). GPS Coordinates & Map Tools's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 88%). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. The GPS App sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and GPS Coordinates & Map Tools sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

The GPS App holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 2.7. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 19 and 6 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 88% of The GPS App's written reviews are positive against 100% of GPS Coordinates & Map Tools's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
