# Myndlift vs Resolve

The clearest difference is update cadence: Myndlift at every 4 days against Resolve's every 7 months. Myndlift also leads on ratings volume (1.7K vs 1). Resolve's advantage is monetization model (free vs freemium) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.0). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Resolve holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Myndlift has 1.7K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Myndlift ships an update every 4 days, Resolve every 7 months. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
