# FanPlus vs The WayanG

The clearest difference is ads: The WayanG at none against FanPlus's shown. FanPlus's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 4 months). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

FanPlus ships an update fortnightly, The WayanG every 4 months. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
