# PopStroke vs Vessel FB

The clearest difference is rating: Vessel FB at 5.0 against PopStroke's 3.9. Vessel FB also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.6). PopStroke's advantage is update cadence (every 6 days vs every 3 weeks) and ratings volume (75 vs 6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Vessel FB holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: PopStroke has 75 ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two.

PopStroke ships an update every 6 days, Vessel FB every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
