# Proxi vs OfflineVideo

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Proxi at none against OfflineVideo's 1. Proxi also leads on iOS requirement (10.0 vs 13.0). OfflineVideo's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. OfflineVideo sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Proxi asks for nothing beyond the download.

Proxi ships an update every 2 months, OfflineVideo every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
