# NHRA.tv vs Ryde TV

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Ryde TV at 87% against NHRA.tv's 38%. NHRA.tv's advantage is monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription) and ratings volume (1.1K vs 6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. NHRA.tv sells 2 one-off in-app purchases and Ryde TV sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $5.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

NHRA.tv holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: NHRA.tv has 1.1K ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 38% of NHRA.tv's written reviews are positive against 87% of Ryde TV's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

NHRA.tv ships an update every 6 weeks, Ryde TV every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
