# Defender 24 vs HiseeuCloud

The clearest difference is review sentiment: HiseeuCloud at 80% against Defender 24's 34%. HiseeuCloud also leads on update cadence (every 5 weeks vs every 4 months). Defender 24's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 32) and rating (4.7 vs 4.2). On price, ads, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. HiseeuCloud sells 24 in-app purchases, starting at $5.59 per month. Defender 24 asks for nothing beyond the download.

Defender 24 holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Defender 24 has 3.4K ratings behind it against 73, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 34% of Defender 24's written reviews are positive against 80% of HiseeuCloud's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Defender 24 ships an update every 4 months, HiseeuCloud every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
