# Fleetr vs Yale Access

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Fleetr at 89% against Yale Access's 41%. Fleetr also leads on ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). Yale Access's advantage is ratings volume (77K vs 26) and rating (4.9 vs 4.5). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Yale Access holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Yale Access has 77K ratings behind it against 26, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 89% of Fleetr's written reviews are positive against 41% of Yale Access's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Fleetr ships an update monthly, Yale Access fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and November 8, 2026 respectively.
