# Nift Manager vs Smarty Shopping

The clearest difference is rating: Nift Manager at 4.0 against Smarty Shopping's 3.4. Nift Manager also leads on ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). Smarty Shopping's advantage is review sentiment (39% vs 0%) and ratings volume (1.4K vs 4). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Nift Manager holds the better App Store score, 4.0 against 3.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Smarty Shopping has 1.4K ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of Nift Manager's written reviews are positive against 39% of Smarty Shopping's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Nift Manager ships an update every 9 days, Smarty Shopping fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
