# Renew Support vs Mind Detox

The clearest difference is rating: Renew Support at 5.0 against Mind Detox's 3.0. Renew Support also leads on iOS requirement (11.0 vs 17.0). Mind Detox's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 7 months) and ratings volume (8 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Renew Support holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Mind Detox has 8 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Renew Support ships an update every 7 months, Mind Detox every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 1, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
