# AZDOME vs DC200 DashCam

The clearest difference is rating: DC200 DashCam at 5.0 against AZDOME's 2.2. AZDOME's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 6 months) and ratings volume (634 vs 1). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

DC200 DashCam holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 2.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: AZDOME has 634 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 15% of AZDOME's written reviews are positive against 12% of DC200 DashCam's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

AZDOME ships an update fortnightly, DC200 DashCam every 6 months. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and October 29, 2026 respectively.
