# AZDOME vs OKCAR

The clearest difference is rating: AZDOME at 2.2 against OKCAR's 2.0. AZDOME also leads on ratings volume (632 vs 43) and update cadence (fortnightly vs monthly). OKCAR's advantage is iOS requirement (12.0 vs 14). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

AZDOME holds the better App Store score, 2.2 against 2.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: AZDOME has 632 ratings behind it against 43, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 15% of AZDOME's written reviews are positive against 19% of OKCAR's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

AZDOME ships an update fortnightly, OKCAR monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 23, 2026 respectively.
