# Hafez Hafez vs Risale

The clearest difference is rating: Risale at 4.8 against Hafez Hafez's 4.4. Hafez Hafez's advantage is review sentiment (85% vs 71%) and ratings volume (163 vs 16). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Risale holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Hafez Hafez has 163 ratings behind it against 16, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 85% of Hafez Hafez's written reviews are positive against 71% of Risale's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Hafez Hafez ships an update every 3 months, Risale every 6 months. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
