# Atly vs TimeCount

Atly and TimeCount both sit at 4.6 stars, but that hides the real split: 79% of TimeCount's written reviews are positive against 33% of Atly's. TimeCount also leads on ratings volume (25K vs 440). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Atly sells 21 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and TimeCount sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.6 for Atly against 4.6 for TimeCount. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: TimeCount has 25K ratings behind it against 440, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 33% of Atly's written reviews are positive against 79% of TimeCount's.

Atly ships an update every 2 weeks, TimeCount every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and November 1, 2026 respectively.
