# Backbone vs Copypasta Keyboard

The clearest difference is ads: Backbone at none against Copypasta Keyboard's shown. Backbone also leads on ratings volume (102K vs 9.4K) and chart position (#63 vs unranked). Copypasta Keyboard's advantage is review sentiment (85% vs 51%) and iOS requirement (13.2 vs 17.0). On price, rating, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Backbone sells 14 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and Copypasta Keyboard sells 4 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for Backbone against 4.8 for Copypasta Keyboard. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Backbone has 102K ratings behind it against 9.4K, so its average is the more settled of the two.
