# Zero Camera vs Screet

The clearest difference is rating: Zero Camera at 5.0 against Screet's 4.5. Screet's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and review sentiment (100% vs 76%). On price, ratings volume, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Zero Camera sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Screet sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.89 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Zero Camera holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 4 and 2 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 76% of Zero Camera's written reviews are positive against 100% of Screet's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Zero Camera ships an update fortnightly, Screet every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on September 21, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
