# X62 DRONE vs XbotGo

The clearest difference is rating: XbotGo at 4.5 against X62 DRONE's 3.0. XbotGo also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 3 months) and ratings volume (1.5K vs 45). X62 DRONE's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 17) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 16.0). On price, review sentiment, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. XbotGo sells 15 in-app purchases, starting at $24.99 per month. X62 DRONE asks for nothing beyond the download.

XbotGo holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: XbotGo has 1.5K ratings behind it against 45, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 33% of X62 DRONE's written reviews are positive against 32% of XbotGo's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

X62 DRONE ships an update every 3 months, XbotGo fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
