# GF Configuration Tool vs AMT

The clearest difference is update cadence: AMT at every 5 days against GF Configuration Tool's every 9 months. GF Configuration Tool's advantage is iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

GF Configuration Tool ships an update every 9 months, AMT every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 2, 2026 and October 10, 2026 respectively.
