# Loop Loop Puzzle vs Luna Story (nonogram)

The clearest difference is ads: Loop Loop Puzzle at none against Luna Story (nonogram)'s shown. Loop Loop Puzzle also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 83%). Luna Story (nonogram)'s advantage is ratings volume (1.9K vs 13) and rating (4.7 vs 4.4). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Loop Loop Puzzle sells 6 one-off in-app purchases and Luna Story (nonogram) sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Luna Story (nonogram) holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Luna Story (nonogram) has 1.9K ratings behind it against 13, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Loop Loop Puzzle's written reviews are positive against 83% of Luna Story (nonogram)'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 3, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
