# CEU Events vs AIA Events

The clearest difference is rating: CEU Events at 5.0 against AIA Events's 3.5. CEU Events also leads on iOS requirement (11.0 vs 17.4). AIA Events's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 4 days vs every 13 months). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

CEU Events holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: AIA Events has 243 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.

CEU Events ships an update every 13 months, AIA Events every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 1, 2026 and October 23, 2026 respectively.
