# OUTLETCITY vs Surplex Auctions

The clearest difference is ratings volume: OUTLETCITY at 30 against Surplex Auctions's 5. Surplex Auctions's advantage is iOS requirement (15.6 vs 18.6). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for OUTLETCITY against 5.0 for Surplex Auctions. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: OUTLETCITY has 30 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
