# Archery Tracker vs Rise

The clearest difference is rating: Rise at 4.8 against Archery Tracker's 4.0. Rise also leads on review sentiment (76% vs 44%) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). Archery Tracker's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 18.0). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Archery Tracker sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Rise sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Rise holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Rise has 154 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 44% of Archery Tracker's written reviews are positive against 76% of Rise's.

Archery Tracker ships an update every 5 weeks, Rise every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 8, 2026 and October 20, 2026 respectively.
