# MakePass vs Passora

The clearest difference is update cadence: Passora at every 3 days against MakePass's monthly. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MakePass sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and Passora sells 4 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

MakePass ships an update monthly, Passora every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and October 11, 2026 respectively.
