# Nooie vs Safemo

The clearest difference is monetization model: Safemo at free against Nooie's freemium. Nooie's advantage is ratings volume (3.1K vs 11) and update cadence (fortnightly vs monthly). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.5 for Nooie against 4.5 for Safemo. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Nooie has 3.1K ratings behind it against 11, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 56% of Nooie's written reviews are positive against 50% of Safemo's.

Nooie ships an update fortnightly, Safemo monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
