If you are one of them and you want to develop good habits within a certain time frame with 100% proven results, Habit Tracker has you covered. It has been scientifically proven that in order to develop good habits over a certain period of time, we need tools to employ visualization and affirmation. Habit Tracker is a simple tool to track your progress in the course of developing a good habit. Just repeat a set of tasks every day and mark it in the app as complete on days you accomplished your goal. That's it. Habit Tracker can also be used as a bad-habit-breaker if you want to put an end to a bad habit. Personal plan. Answer a few questions from TX Coach: your goal, race date, how many days a week you can train, and where you are now. It builds a plan week by week around you — base, build, taper. Distances: half marathon, marathon, IRONMAN 70.3 and 140.6. In every plan, each session is laid out step by step: warm-up, main set, cool-down, with pace and heart rate for each segment. RUNNING Plans for 5K, 10K, half marathon and marathon. For your first race or for running it faster. TRIATHLON Plans for 70.3 and full Ironman: swim, bike and run in the same week. Ready-made plans for three levels, or a personal one from TX Coach. YOUR ZONES Take a field test or enter thresholds you already know, and every session's pace and heart rate adjust to you. No zones yet? Go by feel on a 1–10 scale. RACE DAY Add your race to the calendar and build a race-day plan: pace for every segment, a finish-time estimate, food and water minute by minute. TOOLS Pace calculator, heart rate zones, a library of workouts and exercises with technique notes. METHOD Plans follow the method of a coach with 10 years in endurance sports — the same principles he uses to prepare his own athletes.
