# Breeze Check In vs Total Drive

The clearest difference is rating: Total Drive at 4.2 against Breeze Check In's 3.1. Total Drive also leads on ratings volume (1.8K vs 29). Breeze Check In's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Total Drive holds the better App Store score, 4.2 against 3.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Total Drive has 1.8K ratings behind it against 29, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 23% of Breeze Check In's written reviews are positive against 16% of Total Drive's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
