# Black Humor vs Shuff

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Shuff at 100% against Black Humor's 34%. Shuff also leads on monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription) and ads (none vs shown). Black Humor's advantage is ratings volume (5.8K vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 18.5). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Black Humor sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days and Shuff sells 13 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Shuff holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Black Humor has 5.8K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 34% of Black Humor's written reviews are positive against 100% of Shuff's.

Black Humor ships an update every 6 weeks, Shuff every 6 days. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
